When I bought my car there was a small issue the popped up during the first month but Filip was able to arrange for the car to be collected, issue fixed, and delivered to my address all while keeping me updated throughout the process and being transparent on any details. It really has been a reassuring experience buying from them

Initially we were skeptical with regards to buying used car over an hour away from where we lived, we had issues with the vehicle. But Violeta went above and beyond to get everything sorted.Overall at the moment we are happy and would recommend them.

We have never known a car dealership give such great service – going that extra mile. We went to look at the car (Renault Captur) on August bank holiday and decided would be ideal for our son who was learning to drive. We would have liked to have taken it away but they wanted to give the car a service and MOT along with replacing front brake pads/discs and a tyre which needed doing, so that was much appreciated. Unlike some dealerships they wanted to make sure the car was fully roadworthy before passing across. They delivered it to us later that week – approx. an hour journey. On first getting into the car the next day discovered an issue with the automatic lighting. On contacting them they didn’t hesitate in organising to pick up the car to get it resolved. As my son was having his driving test the following week we asked if they could wait until after that which they were happy to do. They then picked up the car and once sorted out they again delivered it back to us. All the staff are friendly and helpful, can’t do enough for you. Filip was our main point of contact most of the way through and then the lady (think Violeta). We would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking for a well-priced used car.

I was a little taken aback by the location as the photo of the car suggested a swanky showroom. However, Violeta was very welcoming and the car was well presented and had a lot of paperwork so I was happy to give it a test drive. Car drove well and on the way back I was directed up an unmade road to test the suspension which was interesting. Had the car a month now and all fine.

I had a great experience using this garage from start to finish. The car I bought was just as advertised and drives really nicely with no problems. They also allowed me to take it for a test drive before purchasing. Car was also bought with a full 12 month MOT. My enquiries were all responded to within the day with useful detail about the vehicle. They even allowed me to part exchange my previous car as part of the deal. Would definitely recommend and would use again!

Brought my new car a month ago and soon after purchase an issue was found with the car that the dealership wouldn't have known about. Straight away the communication and help received was above and beyond and they worked very hard to ensure the issue was resolved. Would most definitely purchase from drc autos in the future with no hesitation.

These guys were friendly and had some quality cars which were immaculate inside. Nothing was too much trouble. Just a shame they didn't have the right car for us, but they had quite a few for a small business. Would recommend and would go back next time we're looking.
